How To Keep Your Spirit System Healthy

The mind, body and spirit are a bit like a finely tuned computer system. So any disruption in our lives is like having a bug or a virus that slows things down!

If we are living in disharmony, our chakras - which help energy flow from our spirit through to our minds and bodies - can act against us instead of in our favour. Why? Well, it's often because we are sending out unclear signals that confuse the system! So here are a few tips for maintaining a healthy spirit:

 

  • Avoid feeling envious of other people - envy like jealousy is poision for your soul
  • Relieve stress by taking a quiet walk in the park or just quietly sit gazing out of the window. This gives your spirit a chance to transmit pleasurable signals through the mind and body, allowing it to rest.
  • Avoid 'psychic' vampires - people who leave you feeling exhausted just by being in their company.
  • Try not to prolong arguments - they preoccupy the spirit and mind and block productive energy.
  • Keep in check what you allow yourself to say. Expressions such as 'I am sick to death of...' or 'I can't stand this situation' give the wrong instructions to your body.
